How to Use:
- Cleanse Your Face: Start with a clean face. Use your favorite cleanser to remove any makeup, dirt, or impurities.
- Apply a Facial Oil or Serum: To ensure smooth gliding and to nourish your skin, apply a few drops of facial oil or serum.
- Hold the Stone Correctly: Hold the Guasha stone at a 15-degree angle to your skin. The flatter the stone, the gentler the pressure.
- Begin at the Neck: Start at the neck, moving the stone upwards and outwards. This helps in promoting lymphatic drainage.
- Move to the Jawline and Chin: Glide the stone from the center of your chin along your jawline towards your earlobes. Use gentle to medium pressure.
- Cheeks and Cheekbones: Sweep from the center of your face, outwards towards your ears. Focus on your cheekbones to relieve tension and enhance contouring.
- Under Eyes: Gently move the stone from the inner corner of your eye towards the temple. Use light pressure to reduce puffiness and dark circles.
- Forehead: Start in the middle of your forehead and move outwards towards the temples. You can also move upwards from your eyebrows to your hairline.
- Repeat Each Stroke: For best results, repeat each stroke 3-5 times. Always make sure to use outward and upward motions to lift and tone your skin.
