In mindset coaching time is very essential.People who are interested in sessions have to be determined to do the work .Mindset coaching is a process where the success is based on the clients efforts to do practices recommended after the session.Some clients need longer time between the sessions that is fine but if the gap is longer then two weeks the results will take longer to achieve.
Nowadays our lifestyles have become busy where we have no quality time for self care .If you are on a journey of self improvement and have too many responsibilities that do not provide you the time to meet the mindset coach in person then the online option is better then delaying your success.
Online or in person the results depend on your commitment to yourself.
Yes mindset coaching can be practiced with other practices as long as it does not involve another type of coaching .It is best to finish your sessions to start a different type of coaching fresh and new with the experience you hold from the mindset coaching sessions.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to conduct your session. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.
- You may reschedule your appointment only twice.
